I'm a mystic, an anchor for transversing the worlds of perception. I work to provoke the inherent wisdom found within each of us. I’ve inherited these gifts from those who came before me and honor them with gentle care and attention.

Being a private practice herbalist since 2018 taught me each of us, you included, already have all the wisdom you need built within the system of your blood and bones. Sometimes we just need a little support on the journey. A guide that’s been there and a lantern to light the way.
