we are all vital right now

I can’t help but think about how vital each of us are right now. Each of us out there have all the answers we need to get us back on track.

To take back your spirituality is a radical act of self love and self empowerment. Can you imagine if we all fully actualized our power? If we took full responsibility for who we are and what we did everyday? Held accountability to own selves? We would have a power house of a global society. Sure, there will always be some unbalances in the world, but if we all just owned up to all our individual lives - what we’re proud of as well as ashamed of, we would not only find joy and contentment, we would have a badass collective.

For me, I lost sight of the importance of caring for my self and my body. And the thing is, your body is your greatest asset on Earth. Without the body, you don’t exist here. Your body is your personal ambassador to this world! Your be all, end all ticket to every experience you have.

You want to live a life full of beauty, creation, enjoyment, vitality, and self-expression with a healthy respect and reverence for decay, destruction, and death. We only have the guarantee of this one physical life. And while we have absolutely no clue what happens after death, and I will never pretend to know what happens next, all we can really know on a whole is that we have this here and now. And I want my here and now to be fulfilling for me and when it’s my day to die I want to be able to look back over my life and say - I’m so grateful for who I became and all the love I was able to give.

You are nature. Nature is you. We came from the same matter the rest of this place is made. Embracing this has brought me more joy than I can imagine and has opened my heart to the opportunities that Nature has to offer us. Every single plant and creature on this planet, every star and planet in the sky has a story to tell and an opportunity to offer if we can humble ourselves to understanding that we are here to share not win.
