Body Sense : Collage
Body Sense Collage is rooted in a relaxation practice where we intentionally engage the energy of the body in order to feel more aligned to our truest self. The deeper, wider, wisest self. From this aligned state we move into collage making.
No art experience needed—only an open heart and a willingness to listen within.
Date: Saturday, March 7, 1-4:00pm
Location: Flatwater Collective
