Start your mornings with intention and mindfulness! Join Flatwater Collective every day in January for Commit to Sit, a free, online meditation event designed to help you create a consistent and grounding practice.

These 20-minute guided and silent meditations are perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice. Throughout the month, we’ll feature guest teachers to bring fresh perspectives and inspiration to your mornings.
