Return to Center: 4-week Qi-Gong Series

  • Flatwater Collectiver 1219 Leavenworth St Omaha, NE USA (map)

This series is an invitation to build a sanctuary within yourself. It's for those who are seeking ways to slow down, soften, and make space in order to connect with the body and inner self. Together, we will practice sequences to:

  • Soothe your nervous system and release stored tension.

  • Ground your energy into the earth, finding stability and strength.

  • Circulate your Qi to revitalize your body and connect to the flow within.

  • Reclaim a sense of safety and peace within the sanctuary of self.

My approach is nurturing, accessible, and deeply respectful of this ancient practice. You will be guided with care, not pushed to perform. This is a space to explore, feel, and remember the wisdom you already hold inside.

Each session is 75 minutes and includes time to enjoy community and a cup of herbal tea from Craftea, our neighbor next door!

Dates:

Mondays; December 1, 8, 15, 29 : 10-11:15 AM

Where: Flatwater Collective

Suggested Donation: $77 for 4 weeks

About Your Instructor: Erin Huerter

I am not just a Qi Gong instructor; I am a fellow traveler on the path. My own journey with Qi Gong began as a personal practice to heal, feel the energy of life all around me, and deeply ground amid my own life's complexities. It has since become a cornerstone of my practice and my deepest honor to now hold space for others seeking the same grounding and renewal.

My path is one of deep intuition and integration—weaving together insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as many other cultural and healing traditions, mindfulness, and a lifelong artistic practice into a unique tapestry of holistic well-being. I believe in the power of presence, the wisdom of the body, and the quiet, potent energy that emerges when we slow down, soften, and make space to listen to our deepest knowing.

I don’t teach from a place of perfection, but from lived experience. My classes are born from the very practices that have guided me through my own transformations. My commitment to this practice and my genuine desire to share its profound benefits in a way that is accessible, empowering, and deeply supportive is what guides me.

I am so looking forward to sharing this practice with you.

I'm in!
