Evening Stillness Meditation

  • Thirteen Moons Acupuncture Carriage House 1002 North 72nd Street Omaha, NE, 68114 United States (map)

In this open guided meditation, we presence the energies which animate our existence within the body. The subtle art of attuning with these frequencies is a practice of awareness within the moment, focusing on what is meaningful in order to live in alignment with the ecology of all that is. The ultimate intention being an expressed existence of presence. These experiential offerings are grounded in animistic perspectives of Nature as teacher and guide.

This offering is made with the intention of creating a space for softness, slowness, spaciousness within the body and present moment, a catalyst for flowering into alignment with this sacred Earth.

What you will find here:

Slowness, softness, and spaciousness

Embodiment through the senses

Your Instructor: Erin Huerter

I am an artist, guide, and compassionate space-holder dedicated to helping others uncover the language of their own souls and embody their most authentic selves. Weaving wisdom with deep reverence from many cultural, indigenous, and healing arts, mindfulness, and a lifelong artistic practice into a unique tapestry of holistic well-being.

I believe in the power of place, the intelligence of the body, and the quiet, potent energy that emerges when we slow down, soften, and make space within to listen to our deepest knowing.

I facilitate from a grounded center of lived experience; my offerings are born from the practices that have guided me through my own transformations. My commitment to this practice and my genuine desire to share its profound benefits in a way that is accessible, empowering, and deeply supportive is what guides me.
