Spanish Needles and I have a several years long relationship now. And if you know anything about Spanish Needles, well you know there are really a pain in ass if you let them go to seed. And if you accidentally let some go to seed one year, you will be engaging on a years long relationship too!
They have been all over my yard and I had been pulling them for days it seemed. And finally I was sitting there in front of a line of them - the seeds in my hair, all over my sweatshirt, up my legs and all over my socks, and heard them be like "do we have your attention yet?" hahahaha. So naturally I made a nature essence with them because duh. It makes sense to make medicine out of our obstacles and our tough tasks.
